So here I am, sitting up by the laser cutter again, trying to get a last few done before hand-in. I wish I had one of these in my house!
I think I’m doing a bit of procrastinating and distracting however, from the fact that we have our big presentation tomorrow.
I am pretty nervous (it wouldn’t be normal if you weren’t…right?) but I’m quite curious to see how we all do. We really have tried our very best to prepare and have practiced our ‘confident walks’ and have struggled through the need to keep our fingers in our hair and from going back up the sleeve in our jumpers. We have practiced not falling over when the uncontrollable leg begins to cross over randomly, destroying our balance. We can now project our voices and are a bit better about emphasising the correct words and phrases. Being in charge of the visual presentation, I no longer give everybody a fright with the RIDICULOUSLY LOUD and unexpected videos, or click onto somebody else’s section before I should have, confusing the person speaking. Most importantly perhaps have figured out a way to stop the rest of us looking like lemons while the next person begins speaking, and how to stop the sneaky leg shake.
So wish me luck. Let’s hope I don’t need too much though.
